Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Your submitted time is a request. SRS will check the schedule and reply by WhatsApp or phone. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message and complete any required deposit.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome at our ground-floor Punawale studio. If you prefer a specific time or service, we recommend requesting an appointment so we can check availability.
Are skin services medical treatments?
No. SRS provides cosmetic salon skin and facial care only. We do not diagnose or treat medical skin conditions. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities and relevant history before your appointment.
